Music Archive doesn’t close if the database is not compatible
If Music Archive is opened with a database that is not compatible with the software, the software shows a message that the software is not compatible with the database and will close. But the software does not close but instead shows an error message and starts the software without loading the database or settings in read-only mode.

The only "solution" to the problem is that the user closes the program manually. All changes in the software will not be saved because it is running in read-only mode.
