PublicWare License agreement - Version 1.0

This license agreement is a binding agreement between the user of the software (an individual person or a company described as a user) and PublicWare, which own all rights to the software, documentation and online available material.
In this agreement "SOFTWARE" is defined as the application files, application components and all files that enclosed with the application.

This is the license agreement for PublicWare Music Archive. The agreement describes, what is permitted and what is not permitted, for the PublicWare software.
If there is any doubt about the meaning in the license then contact PublicWare, if this is not possible then the software MUST be deleted right away and the software may not be installed, copied, distributed or used.
If not the user of the software can accept the license agreement and thereby the conditions of the agreement, then the software MUST be deleted right away and the software may not be installed, copied, distributed or used. By installing, copying, distributing or using the software or part of the software automatic approve the license agreement and must therefore keep the agreement.

Rights and copyrights:

All rights involving the software are owned by Anders M. Hansen and PublicWare. The software may freely be used, as long as it is in agreement with the license agreement. Copying and distribution of the software is allowed, as long as it is in agreement with the license agreement. All software, all components, all files and the license agreement that is delivered with the software MUST all be copied or distributed when copying or distributing.
The software may not directly or indirectly be used commercially. The software may not be sold, rent out or used to other business purposes. The software may not enter into software packs or similarly.
If desired by the user to use the software commercially or in another way that is not in agreement with the license agreement, then there can be made a special agreement with Anders M Hansen and PublicWare.

Guarantee:

The software is delivered as is, and there is no guarantee of any sort. All use of the software or parts of the software is one the users own responsibility. Errors in the software or errors in the enclosed files there is taken NO responsibility for. Loss of data or loss of money or other consequences caused by the software or a part of the software, PublicWare and Anders M Hansen have no responsibility for, and is thereby the users own responsibility.
There given no support on the software, the only help or support that exists to the software, is that that can be found on the PublicWare website.

Limitations:

The software or software components may not be decompiled. The software may not be changed in any way, there may not be added any new functions or enclosed binary data, text data, binary code, viruses or backdoors in the software.
The PublicWare and the Music Archive names may not be used, to any other purposes or software that is not made under PublicWare. PublicWare is a publication name and is reserved to use at software releases that is publicly available by Anders M Hansen.

THE SOFTWARE USER HEREBY APPROVE THIS LICENSE AGREENMENT, AND THE USER ACKNOWLEDGE TO HAVE READ THE LICENSE AGREENMENT AND HAS UNDERSTOD THE CONDITIONS.
